What kind of insurance do I need for a infant toddler parent/child mommy and me activity class?

I am looking to open up a play space indoors for parents and their children under four. There will be music, songs, story telling and I want to use soft play equipment like Gymboree. It’s basically a preschool environment (but parents come with their kids to do fun stuff). It is not a day care. I really don’t know what type of insurance I need in California. Day care insurance? General liability insurance? I need some help. The classes will be held is basically 10 to 15 hours per week and I’m renting a dance studio in a fitness center for 2 to 3 hours a day. Please help

You’ll need general liability insurance for your landlord. You might want an accident policy, in case kids get hurt.
